Our goal is to provide effective interventions and practices to improve the quality of life outcomes for children and youth with ASD and related conditions.

Vision

We Specialize in ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) a one-to-one individualized treatment plan which research has shown to be effective in improving life skills and behaviors in children with ASD diagnosis through comprehensive and intensive early intervention. Our services will help your child and family to reach the goals set forth in your personalized plan designed especially for your child.

Personal experience

Salad served as Program Manager for the East African Student to Teacher (EAST) Program at Augsburg University’s Education Department. The EAST Program recruited, trained, and licensed K-12 future teachers. Through this role, Salad provided culturally relevant support through advising students to help them thrive academically. Salad has a BA from the University of Minnesota and an MBA from Augsburg University. The unique combination of her lived and professional experiences help her to provide you and your family unmatched support and guidance for children with autism and related conditions.

Personal experience

Arab has over 10 years of classroom experience working with children with different learning abilities. Arab graduated from Metro State University with a Bachelor of Art and Masters in English as a Second Language (ESL) at Augsburg University. Arab has gained valuable skills on how to build strong relationships with urban learners and their diverse communities while working in the classroom. Arab has provided effective classroom management, created innovative and culturally responsive lesson plans, made and maintained detailed student evaluations, and consistently showed high effectiveness and rigor as a classroom teacher. Arab strives to create a strong learning environment for students with different learning abilities and their parents.

Britt-Farley

Britt Farley

PhD, BCBA-D, LBA

Determined, dedicated, tenacious, empowering and reliable are often words used to describe Dr. Britt Farley. Dr. B has spent that last decade practicing, researching, supervising and teaching in the field of behavior analysis. She has provided behavior support in a variety of settings specializing in 18-months to 9-years-old with little to no vocal communication. Her research has focused on telehealth in the field of ABA, remote staff training, using ABA in volunteerism, and the military population affected by an ASD diagnosis. Dr. B has been a guest peer reviewer for Behavior Analysis: Research and Practice, presented for state, national and international organizations, provided webinars, training and continuing education opportunities both remotely and in-person. She is licensed in Alaska, Washington, Nevada, and Texas. Dr. B is also an adjunct professor teaching supervision and management, measurement, research, and single-subject design. Britt is also a mom, military spouse, daughter, friend, sister, auntie and volunteer. She is the proud daughter of a Navy veteran and wife of an Airman. Britt enjoys spending time with her boys hiking, playing with legos and reading. She does not go a day without talking to her momma and travels whenever she can to see her friends (more like family) and family (pre COVID-19 of course). Britt has volunteered for organizations including Building Homes for Heroes, Emerald Coast Autism Center, Girl Scouts, and 4-H. She is dedicated to maintaining a healthy personal and professional life balance!

Dr.-Anissa-Jepsen

Dr. Anissa Jepsen

Ed.D, MS

Dr. Anissa Jepsen is a highly motivated professional with over 25 years of experience in healthcare, volunteer management, and positive youth development. She currently serves as K-Now’s OBM Specialist. She has a passion for youth development and adult learning, with proven success in leveraging educational theories and methodologies to design, develop, and deliver successful professional programming. Dr. Jepsen is adept at identifying needs within organizations and developing programs that increase capacity and extend organizational reach. She has worked in healthcare and secondary education. She has presented at regional, state, and national conferences, sharing her knowledge in stakeholder engagement and organizational development. Dr. Jepsen is family-focused and a life-long learner. She has a Doctoral degree in Education with a focus on Adult Learning and began her ABA course work and supervision in July 2021. The mom to three, wife of a disabled Navy veteran, and grandmother to four; she has always instilled the importance of education, whether formal or informal, to her children and has always been their greatest proponent. Dr. Jepsen has volunteered with Girl Scouts and 4-H. She enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Kelly-Robben

Kelly Robben

MA, MPH, BCBA, COBA, LBA

Kelly Robben is often described as passionate, organized, and reliable making her an ideal BCBA supervisor and mentor. She has been working in the field of behavior analysis for the past six years. In 2014 she started as an RBT and quickly fell in love with the field, making the decision to pursue her BCBA. She has a Masters in Public Health and Masters in Exceptional Student Education. Kelly has experience providing ABA-based services in clinic and community settings. She has immense experience creating and supervising programs for children with ASD ages 3-20. Kelly has provided parent and staff training focusing on ABA principles and techniques. She has also provided webinars focusing on telehealth and ABA and job safety during COVID-19 pandemic. Kelly is also a mom to 2 kids and an Air Force wife. She enjoys camping, hiking, biking and traveling any chance she gets. Kelly also runs her own photography business and is an avid runner. Kelly was born with a go-getter attitude that shows in both her professional and personal life.
